Booking & participating in the Healing AD(H)D program:
Individual Sessions & Support-group meetings

Your individual path always starts with at least 1 individual session (see Sessions).
Individual sessions can be planned on weekdays and weekend days as of July 2025, "online" and "offline" in Poland.

Support-group meetings

After having had your individual session(s), you can choose to join the support group sessions of the program as often as you feel the need (To be booked spots: 6-9 participants). (read more on our Group Sessions here)

Duration 3 hours (incl. 20min brake)
Costs: 140,- Zloty / 35,-euro

Language: English (and possibly a Polish Translator is organised, but only on request beforehand)

As of October 2025, the Support group-sessions take place every 2 weeks. The first week of the month "online" (live), and the second week "offline" in physical meetings in Łódź.
